Build of Australia's highest skyscraper condominium in Melbourne

[Chinese.net.au] Australia 108 is skyscraper development project located in Melbourne city which approved by Victoria’ State Government.

‘Australia 108’ consists of 319 meter with 100 storeys, 22 meter higher compare to Eureka Tower. Victorian Planning Minister Matthew Guy said: “Australia 108 will be a magnificent addition to Melbourne's skyline.” He said Australia 108 would have become the tallest building in Australia – surpassing The Gold Coast’s Q1. (Spire- 323 meter, but building height of 275 meter)

At the same time approved of 75-storey apartment building at No. 542 Elizabeth Street and No. 90 Southbank Queensbridge Street of a 54 floors building.

Matthew Guy said, investment over AUD $830 million for three skyscrapers will require of 5800 construction worker and accommodate for 4000 people.
