Prima Lagenda project achieves 60pc take-up rate

KOTA BARU: The Prima Lagenda apartment project by Sara-Timur Urban Development Sdn Bhd here has achieved a take-up rate of over 60 per cent, said executive chairman Datuk Mohamad Zawawi Ismail.
 
He attributed the good response to the landscaped surroundings, covered parking, 24-hour security and easy access to shops and businesses.
 
The company has also made an allocation for pedestrian connectivity with Lagenda Park, Che Siti Village and the local mosque, he told reporters here Wednesday.
 
The Bandar Baru Tunjong township, on some 800 ha. of prime land in greater Kota Baru, is set to be a landmark in the state with some 100 investors having expressed interest, he said.
 
Construction of the first of seven phases of the 16 ha. Lagenda Tunjong development began last year with piling works completed and the whole project scheduled for completion by 2020, he added.-- Bernama
