Appreciating Business Partners of CGDB This Christmas.

Date:2014/12/26

The year 2014 is coming to a close in the next few days. This year has been a truly eventful and highly-remarkable one for Country Garden Danga Bay, and the company is immensely grateful to all their homeowners, homebuyers and as importantly, their business partners. As such, they held a delightful Christmas-themed Year-End Business Partners’ Appreciation Night on December 20th, 2014 from 5.30pm onwards at their exquisite clubhouse’s Western gourmet restaurant. The Appreciation Night was organized specially for Country Garden Danga Bay’s valued business partners to thank them for their vast contribution and solid cooperation thus far.

It is a well-known fact that 2014 has been a challenging year indeed for all developers. Yet, CGDB managed to outperform many of their competitors. The company stated that all these would not have been possible without the firm backing of all their business partners. The night was both lively and Christmassy, with wonderful food spreads, lovely Christmas decorations and an immersive ‘Festive Snowing Experience’ for CGDB’s 250-plus attendees. Moreover, CGDB took the opportunity to update everyone present on its milestone achievements for 2014, its site construction progress and the numerous successful events and functions for the year. Attendees for that night included distinguished business owners and representatives from CGDB’s sizable portfolio of panel bankers and lawyers, suppliers, contractors, media partners, publishers, and event planners.

Country Garden ventured into Malaysia last August with every intention of bringing their extensive two-decade plus experience in property development, construction and property management to make their mark as a top developer in Malaysia’s real estate industry. Thus far, the Group’s exclusive projects in Danga Bay, Johor Bahru and Semenyih, Kuala Lumpur have attained numerous industry accolades coupled with outstanding sales figures; trumping the performances of many top local developers. Country Garden Danga Bay is now a multi-award winning and world-renowned coastal development, a feat accomplished in just under a year.

In his opening speech, Mr. Jerry Chan, Regional Vice President of Country Garden Malaysia, stated that all the accomplishments of the company would not have been conceivable if not for the hard work, dedication and commitment put forth by Country Garden’s valued business partners. Notably, they play an important role in supporting, upholding and promoting the company’s strong branding, innovative architecture designs and unique lifestyle concepts throughout Malaysia.

On the same day, CGDB also held a Christmas Season Release of Bay Laurel. Bay Laurel is a prime seafront condominium collection that is situated on the choicest land parcel within Country Garden Danga Bay. This would be the 3rd Release of Bay Laurel since their Premium Showcase on November 29th, 2014. The enormous success of CGDB’s past two launches can be attributed to innovative year-end sales strategies, which took into account the fact that most of their customers have expressed the desire to acquire an exclusive unit before next year’s GST implementation; which could see a rise in property prices throughout Malaysia.

Country Garden Danga Bay ended the night by thanking all its business partners for attending, and pledged greater cooperation, firmer business relationships and a brighter future ahead for all parties in 2015.
