Luxurious Serene Villas Prove to be a Hit

Date:2015/01/12

Sunway City Ipoh’s Serene Villas proved a huge hit with property buyers at its private preview recently with 60 percent of the offered units snapped up within two days. Homebuyers camped over two days at the site for their choice units.

A private preview for the RM74.2 million GDV Serene Villas was held for registrants on December 13 and 14. In addition to their brand new homes, purchasers also received reward points via their Sunway Property PALS membership which can be converted to cash and be used to redeem fantastic rebates and savings for spending across Sunway establishments. The entire launch consisted of 88 units of two-storey cluster homes and two-storey superlink homes.

Commenting on the development, Wong Wan Wooi, general manager of Sunway City Ipoh said, “With Serene Villas, the development is designed for community living within an eco-luxurious environment, serving up the best quality of life that adds value to every homeowner. I am truly delighted and thankful to witness interested home buyers camp on site for the first time to be among the first to select their choice units. It is very much our vision, as a master community developer to introduce a new standard of liveability in Ipoh.”

The entire development is located in Sunway City Ipoh, surrounded by mature neighbourhoods such as Taman Taman Ipoh, Taman Ipoh Selatan, Taman Ipoh Timur, Taman Canning, Bandar Baru Tambun, Desa Tambun Indah, Tambun Town and Tambun Heights. Just 7 km (approximately 10 minute drive) from the Ipoh city centre, the township is highly accessible through Jalan Tambun, from Jaya Jusco through Bandar Baru Tambun and from Bercham through Taman Perpaduan through a new slip road from the North-South Highway (5 minute drive) at Jalan Tambun.

Back-dropped against spectacular 260-million-year-old limestone hills, Serene Villas is a low-density, gated and guarded, landed development. All the units offered are either North or South orientated and are built with eco-friendly building materials. The development includes expansive community areas that homeowners can enjoy such as a linear garden, an outdoor gym, and reflexology path. There is also a reserved park with a jogging track and communal spaces.

In conjunction with Sunway’s 40th Anniversary, Sunway Property will be giving out attractive prizes for property bookings made by 31 December 2014. The grand prize is a serviced residence worth more than RM500,000 in the developer’s largest township yet, Sunway Iskandar.

Cash prizes worth more than RM480,000 were also given away during past events. In addition, purchasers are also entitled to receive a complimentary Montblanc writing instrument upon SPA signing. The final 40th Buyer’s Appreciation Event will be held on 17 January next year.
