Takaso Land bags RM37.44m deal

KUALA LUMPUR: Takaso Resources Bhd (TRB)’s wholly-owned unit, Takaso Land, has secured a RM37.44 million contract from OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd to construct a 21-storey commercial building.
 
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia Tuesday, TRB said Takaso Land would be the main contractor for the construction of the building in Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur.
 
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016 and contribute positively to overall earnings of TRB Group for the financial years ending July 31, 2016 and July 31, 2017,” it added. – BERNAMA
