Sunway Iskandar’s Chinese New Year Finale – Shanghai Style

Johor Bahru – Sunway Iskandar recently held a Shanghai-themed event for the Johor community in conjunction with Chap Goh Meh. 
 
Attended by over 700 members of the public, the fun-filled evening wowed participants with exciting programmes including the intricate art of mask changing, Shanghainese traditional fan dance, LED dragon dance and festival drums. Parents and children also enjoyed learning how to make felt goat plushies as a commemoration of the Year of the Goat.
 
Deputy Managing Director, Property Development Division, Malaysia and Singapore, Mr Tan Wee Bee who was present at the event, expressed, “We would like to thank everyone for being part of the festivities and we hope all have enjoyed the programme with us today. As 2015 is the year of community engagement for Sunway Iskandar, the community can expect exciting activities lined up for the year.”
Activities planned in the near future include: 
 
• Weekly Yoga by The Lake – 14th March 2015 at 9.30am.  General public is welcomed to join the yoga session by bringing their own yoga mats.
• PassionFood Café and Bakery soft launch – 14th March 2015. Sunway Iskandar will be rewarding its buyers with special treats and a token of appreciation for their walk-ins guests.

Real estate investors look to Southeast Asia

〔THE CHINA POST〕 TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Facing a low-performing local real estate market, Taiwanese investors are reportedly putting their money abroad in up-and-coming development properties throughout Southeast Asia. Two large international real estate firms hosted separate press conferences on Tuesday to analyze the latest trend in real estate purchases. According to Executive Director David Chin (泰啟松) of Asia Pacific International Property, the firm, which specializes in real estate transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, made nearly NT$7.3 billion in sales.
