Marvelane Launches Iconic Lakeside Development in Putra Heights

Date:2015/03/17

PUTRA HEIGHTS - Marvelane Home Sdn Bhd today unveiled an exciting luxury development in the mature, leafy neighbourhood of Putra Heights, called Marvelane Homes by the Lake.

Marvelane Homes by the Lake is a mixed residential development on a 23-acre site that comprises 157 units of modern, highly luxurious homes with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM 400 million.

What sets Marvelane Homes by the Lake apart from other developments in the area is its centerpiece jewel of natural beauty - a pristine and serene 16-acre lake, crowned by magnificent lush greenery.

The lake contains Class One quality water (certified) which is non-harmful to skin and clean enough to swim in. The lake has been Marvelane’s key inspiration in the project’s planning and design, integrating nature seamlessly with the overall development.
The entire development, designed by award-winning architecture firm Garis Architects, incorporates Marvelane’s trademarked M360 design philosophy and will comprise of two phases. The soft launch of Phase One in March reveals 46 units of landed homes such as semi-detached, cluster houses and bungalows.

Mr. Ong Choon Hock, Managing Director of Marvelane Home Sdn Bhd said “We were extremely fortunate to able to work on a challenging site such as this, as it has allowed us to push our creativity forward. We wanted to develop something that was low density, keeping it exclusive yet extremely welcoming and tranquil for residents.”
Phase Two, expected to launch six to nine months after phase one will see 20 one-of-its-kind waterfront villas as well as two blocks of condominiums and 6 waterfront townhouses overlooking the lake.

“While most Malaysian lakeside homes are developed with a certain distance from the water, these unique 3-storey luxury homes are built right up to the water’s edge, with a deck that cantilevers over the lake and has direct access into the lake, evoking a unique, resort-like feel,” said Ong.

Marvelane also took this opportunity to showcase its M360 design philosophy, which is a set of guidelines based on what consumers look for in their property today.
Commenting further, Ong said “M360 is Marvelane’s unique, holistic approach to answering the question of ‘what makes an ideal home’ and why certain properties are more desirable and will appreciate in value faster than others?”

Through research insights, Marvelane has identified multiple elements that make a home ‘desirable’. Marvelane then developed the M360 approach - a comprehensive approach to the planning, designing and building their products that go from the drawing board to the construction site. Marvelane looks at every angle and incorporate each facet of the ‘ideal home’ until perfection is achieved.

Marvelane Homes by the Lake also boasts excellent accessibility, with easy access to NKVE, ELITE and LDP highways as well as being located only 500 meters from the upcoming LRT Station 12. A host of amenities are also available nearby such as national and international schools (SJK(C) Tun Tan Siew Sin and Kingsley International School are both approximately 5 min drive away), as well as prominent shopping centers, offices, conveniences and dining.

Ong added that “We are very optimistic as Marvelane by the Lake is one of the few upcoming landed residential developments located in Putra Heights, a mere stone’s throw away from USJ and Subang Jaya”.
