Date:2015/04/23

While it may seem impossible to imagine a place where one can seclude themselves in the heart of the city, which is exactly what Hermitage @ Sri Hartamas is.

A stunning creation by Mayland Universal Sdn Bhd, a company in the Mayland Group, Hermitage @ Sri Hartamas is a 27-storey luxury serviced apartment which consists of 707 units of service apartments available for sale and 150 units of hotel suites with 1,516 parking bays.

One of Klang Valley’s latest developments, it has unrivalled accessibility to nearby neighbourhoods. The project is surrounded by a hilly range that skirts Klang Valley, giving the area an old country feel. Despite being only 15 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, it is well connected via highways such as the Sprint Expressway, North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE) that make commuting to and fro easy for residents and visitors.

The development’s name comes from the old French word ‘hermitage’ which means ‘dwelling place of a hermit’ and draws inspiration from an art museum in St Petersburg that was originally a palace built by Catherine the Great in the eighteenth century. The property boasts a timeless elegance as it commands an exclusive panoramic view of the Istana Negara (Royal National Palace) as well as Kuala Lumpur’s skyline and will be the last high-rise development built in the vicinity to enjoy such a luxury.

The influx of traffic along with the presence of other nearby developments has brought an increasing number of people into the area. Though some of its isolation is gone, younger Malaysian professionals who initially moved into the area have stayed on.

Hermitage @ Sri Hartamas which is strategically located between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya falls under the jurisdiction of Kuala Lumpur City Hall. It is also in close proximity to two other established townships which are Damansara Heights, Mont Kiara and Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Residents and property owners of the project can enjoy the convenience afforded by the neighbouring Hartamas Shopping Centre’s 70 restaurants and 200 retail stores as well as Taylor’s University. The entire area is self-sufficient in its own right as it contains all the elements of a town that provides for all of its residents’ domestic and consumer needs.

Buyers have an option to select from the various layouts and sizes available, either partly or fully furnished, designed to cater to the different requirements of each individual. The studio units with built-up from 474 sq. ft. are affordably priced from RM483,000. The 1 & 2-bedroom units size range from 560 sq.ft and they are priced from RM563,000.00.

Living under the same roof as the 4-star “Dorsett Hartamas Hotel”, residents can partake in the luxurious Sky Lounge Restaurant/Bar on the roof top, with the magnificent view of the Istana Negara and Kuala Lumpur skyline, a perfect spot to spend time with loved ones. The facilities floor on the roof top level will be managed by the Hotel, unlike other condos/ service apartments, as this will ensure that the facilities are professionally maintained.
