Malton gets RM703m Pavilion Damansara Heights project -

PETALING JAYA: Malton Bhd has bagged a RM703 million construction contract for the proposed Pavilion Damansara Heights project in Pusat Bandar Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. 
 
The company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Domain Resources Sdn Bhd, received a letter of award from Impian Ekspresi Sdn Bhd, last Friday.
 
Malton executive chairman Tan Sri Desmond Lim Siew Choon is an indirect substantial shareholder of Impian Ekpresi.
 
The job is for construction works involving the site clearance, demolition, foundation, retaining wall system, basement car parks, retail podium and infrastructures.
 
"A contract to formalise the scope and value of the construction works will be entered into between DRSB and Impian Ekspresi in due course," it said.
