Date:2015/05/25

KUALA LUMPUR: At the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards held at The Shangri La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd which was established in 1994 and is the largest Developer in Negeri Sembilan secured the Safe Home Award Malaysia and Highly Commended recognition for Property Single Unit Malaysia via its Nada Alam project in Pajam.

Nada Alam was introduced into the market about two years ago as a green living and sustainable lifestyle concept development which sits on a freehold land area spanning 160 acres and is separated into five precincts with approximately 13 acres of green space. It has an approximate gross development value of RM630 million and is now the company’s flagship project which has grown from its humble beginnings to become what it is today.

The project was constructed using the Industrialised Building System (IBS) where the building materials are brought on-site into a controlled environment and where the components of the building are made and then assembled, saving time and enabling it to be completed within budget.

A dedicated backyard for farming is an additional feature not present in other developments, further adding to the natural and functional beauty of the development.

Nada Alam's houses come with 'eco-ventilation', an integrated structure of the buildings which provide natural air conditioning to maximise on natural ventilation.

Additionally, a 3-tier security system along with secondary safety protocols are in place to ensure it is a safe residence.

Seri Pajam Development's Director Tey Soo Leng was proud to announce this win, saying, "Our focus is on addressing our homebuyers' concerns in all our property developments. As such, we are delighted to be internationally recognised for our serious commitment in successfully achieving this objective by winning the Safe Home Award Malaysia and receiving a Highly Commended recognition for Single Property Unit Malaysia."
