Shah Alam, 10 June 2015: Following the success of earlier phases such as CHIMES and Perennia, which saw sales of 98% (total 526 units) and 90%(total 484 units) respectively, IJM Land’s Bandar Rimbayu, which is a development worth GDV RM11 billion, recently launched its fifth-phase Wisteria show house with the Mediterranean-themed “Moroccan Nite”. Guests were served with a delectable selection of Mediterranean cuisine and were entertained with dance performances.

The community showed overwhelming support, with over 1,000 people thronging the fiesta. Many activities were arranged for children to enjoy such as a treasure hunt and vegetable painting.
 
“My family and I really enjoyed this fiesta. Now being the durian season, I was actually craving for durians and my craving was well satisfied and we also had very sweet, cooling coconuts to refresh ourselves,” said John Lim, a homeowner at Bandar Rimbayu.
 
“My favourite was the Flaming Wheels Gourmet food truck. I especially enjoyed the lamb meatballs. I hope they will organise a similar fiesta again next year!” shared Fatima Sara, another homeowner at Bandar Rimbayu.
