UEM Sunrise inks agreement for Hyatt House Hotel in Mont’Kiara

UEM Sunrise Berhad recently announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arcoris Sdn Bhd has gone into a management agreement with a partner of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts for a Hyatt House inn in Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Anticipated to open in 2017, Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont’Kiara will be the first Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia.

The Hyatt House brand is established in broad research and buyer experiences, which showed that extended stay travelers want to feel connected, welcome and at home, and need a hotel that suits this way of life. To exemplify this, Hyatt House hotels offer casual hospitality in an inviting and warm environment that energizes visitors live like residents.

Situated in Mont’Kiara, an affluent suburb found three miles (five kilometers) from focal Kuala Lumpur, the hotel will highlight more or less 298 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, 3,100 square feet (290 square meters) of meeting space, a wellness center, and a sky pool.

The hotel will be a piece of a larger mixed use development, Arcoris Mont’Kiara, which will likewise highlight business suites, small home offices (SoHo), residential units, and a retail plaza.
