[ Philstar] MANILA, Philippines - Upscale property developer Anchor Land Holdings Inc. (ALHI) proves its investment prudence anew as it prepares for the turnover this year of Monarch Parksuites, its second project in the 204-hectare Aseana City township after Solemare Parksuites.

This as the slew of projects in Aseana has been rousing investor interest, as demand for office spaces is steadily rising especially from the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector.  More luxury leisure and entertainment complexes such as Okada Manila are coming in after Solaire Resort & Casino and City of Dreams. Recently, the NAIA Expressway, which has direct connection to the Metro Manila Skyway system, has been opened to the public. And with more development projects coming in, Aseana is expected to open more job opportunities.

Anticipating this kind of progress as early as 2007, ALHI ventured on residential projects starting with Solemare Parksuites to put its residents at an advantage. Next to benefit from Aseana’s expected growth burst is Monarch Parksuites, with initial investors expected to receive the official turnover of their units.

This prime location raises the value of their investment, and made more advantageous by the fact that Monarch Parksuites is the one of the first real estate development in the township.

Monarch Parksuites in itself is a complete residential property, being ALHI’s biggest residential condominium project thus far with more than 8,000 sqm dedicated to indoor and outdoor amenities alone. It has four Dutch Baroque towers: Windsor Place, Windsor Suites, Balmoral Place and Balmoral Suites. Residents can enjoy living like royalty from its British monarchy-inspired features, as well as fully furnished units spacious enough to fit families comfortably. Alternative units are also available for single occupants who prefer a more intimate space.

With a spectacular view of the bay, sculpted lawns and a garden deck for more breathable space within a thriving city, Monarch Parksuites does offer a wise investment for present and future unit owners.
